Our courses are typically priced in USD for global access, but your bank will automatically convert this to your local currency.
3. Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, our site uses bank-level SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your data is never stored on our servers.
4. Are there any hidden fees or recurring subscriptions?
No. Our individual courses are a one-time payment. Once you pay, you have access for the duration specified.
5. Will I receive an official receipt for my purchase?
Yes, an automated tax invoice and payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email immediately.
6. Can my employer pay for my training?
Yes. You can choose the “Employer/Company” option during checkout to receive a formal invoice for corporate payment.
7. How do I apply for an HRDC refund in Mauritius?
Eligible companies can claim training costs through the HRDC. We provide all the necessary MQA documentation to support your claim.
8. Do you offer installment payment plans?
For certain high-value executive programs, installments may be available. Please contact our finance team for details.

2. How soon can I start my training after payment?
Self-paced courses are unlocked instantly. For live sessions, you will receive a schedule and joining link via email.
3. What is your refund policy?
As we provide immediate access to digital intellectual property, all payments are non-refundable once course access is granted.
4. Can I reschedule my attendance for a live session?
Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice, we can move your registration to the next available batch within a one-month window.
5. Can I transfer my seat to a colleague?
Substitution is allowed. Notify us in writing before the session starts to transfer your seat to another person.
6. Can I change my course after purchase?
Course transfers are permitted within 2 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the course materials.
7. How long do I have access to the course materials?
Access duration varies by course (typically 30 to 90 days). The specific period is listed on each individual course page.
8. What happens if I fail the final assessment?
Participants are allowed two attempts to pass the assessment. Further attempts may require a small administrative fee.

Corporate orders are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the time of the contract.
10. What if a course is canceled by the Academy?
In the rare event we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or priority placement in the next available batch.

6. How do I download my Certificate of Completion?
Once all modules are completed and the assessment is passed, a “Download Certificate” button will appear on your dashboard.
7. Who do I contact for HRDC-related documentation?
Please email our administration team with your company details and the names of the enrolled participants.
8. I am having trouble viewing video modules. What's wrong?
Ensure your browser is updated and clear your cache. If issues persist, try switching to Incognito mode.
9. Can I speak directly with the trainer?
